Terms of service

Early access
PickWise is offered in early access. During early access you may use the full product at no charge. We may change features, limits, or availability as we improve the service.
Future pricing
We plan to introduce paid plans in the future. Before any charge applies to your workspace, we will email workspace administrators at least 30 days in advance with the new terms. You will not be billed without that notice.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your organisation. Provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
Your content
You retain ownership of standards, decisions, and other content you publish in PickWise. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for your organisation.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse PickWise — including attempting to break security, abuse other users, upload unlawful content, or interfere with the service. We may suspend access for abuse or risk to the platform.
Service availability
PickWise is provided on an as-is basis during early access. We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be withdrawn as the product evolves.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PickWise and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service during early access. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the twelve months before a claim (which is zero during free early access).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
